Every year HRIT leaders from around the EMEA region come to Frankfurt to participate in Workday Tomorrow - an interactive, engaging and collaborative event that enables you to connect with peers and experts and actively collaborate to create tangible optimization solutions and solve your biggest post-go live challenges

We are thrilled to announce "Workday Tomorrow 2026", the fifth edition of our successful co-creation event will take place between 24 and 26 March 2026 for an exclusive group of leaders transforming their business with the help of Workday.

Held in our Frankfurt Experience Center, a purpose-designed co-creation space, this multi-day event will be facilitated by our in-house collaboration design experts, Workday Tomorrow is unique in the calendar of Workday events because of the depth and authenticity of exchange and community building, enabling you to engage with your peers productively in a curated creative space, and by our design-thinking influenced approach to solving and innovation – listen to what our 2025 Participants had to say in our official event video!

The detailed agenda of our 2026 event will be informed by your feedback, collected in a survey which identifies and assesses your current situation in managing Workday.

The event will follow an iterative program, where we build your ideas and inputs across activities and modules into effective solutions, so it is necessary to attend the event in its entirety to allow all participants to fully benefit from the collaboration. Kick-off will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 to allow for morning travel. The formal event will conclude on Thursday, 26 March 2026, at 16:00 to allow for evening return travel.
